We want you to love your Pawly gear - but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Must include tags and original packaging
- Proof of purchase (eg. order number) is required
Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, simply email us at support@pawly.com.au with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
If eligible, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and simple instructions for sending it back.
Exchanges
Want a different size or product?
- The fastest way is to request a return and place a new order once it's accepted
- For exchanges or store credit, we offer free return shipping within Australia
- A $10 reshipping fee may apply for exchanges to cover the cost of sending out your replacement item
Damages, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pawly.com.au with photos and a brief description. We'll make it right straight away.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you if it's been approved.
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't received a refund, reach out to us at support@pawly.com.au.
