Once your order is shipped from our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast, Australia, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any questions or concerns about your order's status, feel free to contact us at support@pawly.com.au.

Once your order is successfully placed, a confirmation page will appear to let you know it’s been received. You’ll also receive a confirmation email shortly after - don’t forget to check your junk or spam folder just in case it ends up there.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please contact our support team via live chat or email, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

We offer next business day dispatch for all orders placed before 12 PM AEST, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after this cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way!

All orders are dispatched from our office located on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. This is where we carefully prepare and package your items before they’re sent out to you.

Please ensure all postal information is correct before completing your order, as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to update the address. However, once your order has been dispatched, we're unable to make any changes.
If your order is already on its way, we recommend reaching out to Australia Post to request an address update for your parcel.

We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, so we cannot guarantee that cancellations or changes can be made once an order is placed.

We’re always here to help you find the perfect fit for your pup! To determine the best size, we recommend measuring your dog and comparing the measurements to our size guide, which can be found on the product page.
Keep in mind that our size guide is a general reference, and factors like your dog’s fur type, length, and chest size/width should also be considered.

For our harnesses, you can machine wash them on a cold cycle, but we recommend placing them in a delicates bag to protect the fabric. After washing, hang them out to dry, away from direct sunlight.

How do I wash my Pawly Leads & Poo Pouches?
For our leads and poo pouches, a cold hand wash works best. Once washed, hang them out to dry in a shaded area, avoiding direct sunlight to maintain their quality.
