Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched by Australia Post, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide.

Any temporary shipping promotions or special offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

After dispatch, estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • Metro areas: 2–8 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–10 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, weather events or peak shipping periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number and delivery updates.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order needs to be re-shipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

While we will always do our best to assist, delivery timeframes are ultimately controlled by the shipping carrier once the parcel has been dispatched.
